The existing house was constructed in the 1920’s and is typical of the Spanish style homes of it era. The addition must include a work shop for furniture making on the lower canyon level and a master bedroom and dining room on the upper level. Masonry block was chosen as the building material which will allow a separation between the new and the old strucutures.
